“Our son received specialized service care and we reached out to Kids Uncomplicated. Upon first talking with them, I was happy that there was no waiting list. Our son was taken into the program and assigned a team of therapists (OT, SLP, Psych) in no time. We have worked with them for 2 years and it has been the best experience for not only our son, but the entire family. Their approach to therapy is different as it took work on our part to help in our son’s care. The greatest benefit is that we all learned about our son and how he functions best while he progressed through learning life skills and coping skills to help him as he gets older. It has truly been an amazing experience for all of us, and our son. We love our team of clinicians! Another positive is that we are able to meet via video appointments as well as in-person. The video appointments were a life-saver during lockdown restrictions. We have also been able to share information relevant to our son’s team by uploading videos or pictures to their Teleroo platform. Another immensely great tool that helps in providing care. Really love this company and I highly recommend them.”
